UK entity · VAT · customs · done for you
Sell to the UK in weeks, not quarters.
We build your UK company, get the registrations done, and run the tax and customs compliance. You keep selling. We handle the UK.
Led by a chartered accountant who ran indirect tax for a major social commerce platform in Europe.
Weeks, not quarters
Company, registrations and shop onboarding handled in parallel, not one at a time.
One firm, one invoice
Entity, VAT, customs and filings under one roof. No referral chain, no gaps between advisers.
Nothing lands on your customer
Duty and import VAT arranged upfront so no buyer gets a bill at the door.
Who this is for
You've got demand in the UK. You just can't sell to it.
Your content already reaches UK buyers. They ask where to buy, and you have to tell them you can't ship there. That's a structural gap, not a marketing one.
Selling to the UK needs a UK company, UK registrations and a shipping setup that never surprises the customer. Get it wrong and you get blocked registrations, delayed launches and refunds that damage your account early.
We do that part. All of it.
The UK opportunity
The UK didn't just adopt live shopping. It got good at it.
Live selling is already a daily habit in the UK, and the seller base is scaling fast. The window to arrive early is closing.

The service
We become your UK operation.
Not a report. Not a referral. We build the thing and then we run it.
We form your UK company
Incorporation, share structure, registered office, filings. Done.
We give you a UK director
A real UK-resident director on your board, so the company has genuine UK substance from day one. Most sellers can't solve this at any price. We include it.
We get you registered
VAT, GB EORI, UK shop onboarding. Prepared and submitted by us, at the right time, in the right order.
We tell you what it actually costs to land a sale
Duty, import VAT, freight and clearance modelled by price band, before you list anything. You price with real numbers.
We keep it compliant every month after
Returns, filings, deadlines, monitoring. You never chase a date.
The mistake that costs the most
Most sellers think UK VAT starts at £90,000. For them, it starts at £1.
The £90,000 threshold everyone quotes only applies to businesses genuinely established in the UK. If yours isn't, there's no threshold — you can owe VAT from your first sale.
Registering at Companies House doesn't automatically make you established. It depends on what the company actually does.
It works the other way too: sell through a marketplace and the marketplace may account for the VAT, not you — which changes your pricing and your margin.
What reaches your customer
Your buyer should never pay twice.
Duty and import VAT can fall due when goods arrive. If nobody arranged it, the courier collects it from your customer on the doorstep.
That customer leaves a review, requests a refund, and your metrics drop. A new shop doesn't recover from that quickly.
We set it up so those charges sit with your UK company, not your buyer — and so you knew the number before you priced the product.

Without us
Three firms, three gaps
Formation agent, accountant, customs broker — nobody owns the whole.
With TikTax
One point of accountability
One firm, one invoice, one team answering for it.
The build
Three stages. You trade at the first one.
Stage 1
Build and launch
Company formed, registrations started, UK director in place, shop live, your VAT and customs position confirmed in writing.
What you getTrading in the UK.
Stage 2
Register for VAT
Submitted at the right moment — not too early, not too late. Returns and records on a routine.
What you getFiling handled, no missed obligation.
Stage 3
Scale up value
Duty deferment and import VAT accounting live. Carrier and terms reconfigured. Signed off in writing.
What you getSell at any price point, charges never touching your customer.
Why stage 3 is separate
There's a gap between registering for VAT and having import infrastructure live. Sell high-value product in that gap and you eat tax you can't reclaim, so we cap you until it's confirmed working.
